I cannot recommend Mapperley Farm enough for a venue! Rosie is just amazing and will help you bring your wedding dreams come to life! 

Its been a pretty tough time for us as we were due to marry on 25th July 2020, but sadly due to Covid-19 this wasn't meant to be. 

Rosie called us and provided us with dates for 2021 to postpone the date, discuss with our suppliers and offered to help in any way she could! 

They truly are the BEST wedding venue / experience out there and we cannot wait to marry there next year.

Me and my partner should have been getting married in June of 2020 at this amazing venue, but due to the Pandemic it has been postponed.

I can't thank Roise enough for helping us move our date with no hesitation. 

Amazingly supportive and we are now minus a year until our big day again!

We always had our eyes on Mapperley Farm as a potential wedding venue and so when the time came we booked a visit with Rosie and Sam, this was so informative and made us super excited and so we booked our wedding last year for the summer of 2020, but Covid didn’t allow this to go ahead! 

Rosie and Sam couldn’t have been more supportive throughout rearranging our wedding, and offered us an alternative date with no qualms at all. 

We’re now on the countdown again for next year and we can’t wait to have our special day at Mapperley Farm!

As soon as we went for our first visit to Mapperley Farm, I didn't want to look anywhere else! We had our wedding day at Mapperley Farm on 9th September 2017 and it couldn't have been more perfect. The barn, venue and woodlands are amazing and Rosie and Sam are the best!! 

From our first visit to the actual day, Rosie was so helpful and made sure everything ran so smoothly. We can't put into words how amazing our day was, and would definitely recommend Mapperley Farm to anyone.

It's not often that I am lost for words (!) but our wedding was simply perfect at Mapperley Farm. 

A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to Rosie, Sam and their team for all their hard work, patience and TLC! I truly felt like The Queen of the Fairies in the magical woodland where we held our ceremony - and Woodside on which we had a tipi to host our reception was simply beautiful. 

Andy and I camped on our wedding and a subsequent night with our beloved dogs and nothing will ever come close to taking a walk to the woodland late at night - empty, cool and silent except for the rustling of branches and an owl for company. A special mention must go to 'Daisy' the cow who had us all on the edge of our seats when guests were asked " .. if anyone present knows of any reason ..." and at which point she gave a hearty MOOO! I'm already planning my anniversary celebrations at Mapperley! All our love, Andy and Rebecca xxx.

We had our wedding at Mapperley Farm on the 3rd June and everything was fantastic. Many of our guests mentioned how beautiful the venue was. Owners Sam and Rosie clearly want to provide people with the best experience possible, and to take away as much stress as possible on the wedding day, and they definitely did that. Your staff are all lovely as well. Anyone who wants to do a wedding their way, and have a blank canvas in the form of a lovely field and tranquil woodland, this is the place for you. We weren't originally planning to get married in the barn but it worked out wonderfully and meant we could have lunch in the woods. The courtyard looked great and the barn would have looked nice even if we hadn't put any decorations up. 

And finally the highest compliment from one of our guests who is a skateboarder and camps all across the UK and Europe for events - your ground was the comfiest he has ever slept on!

Finally getting round to writing this review! Mapperly Farm is an AMAZING venue with great hosts. The setting is beautiful and made an ideal location for our Tipi wedding!  Rosie and Sam, you have been fantastic! 

The whole day was just perfect and ran so smoothly, even though there was the odd hiccup along the way! Which you both went over and beyond to sort. For this we can not thank you enough! Mapperley Farm is a unique and peaceful space and we would highly reccomend it to anyone!

What a wonderful weekend we had at my daughter's wedding in September! The spacious,private location was fabulous. 

The woodland was beautifully maintained and the well drained field presented no problem to campers or cars after heavy rain the night before.The fire pits were amazing.    

Rosie and Sam couldn't have been more welcoming ,hospitable and helpful. They gave invaluable support to ensure the whole celebration went smoothly from start to finish.,including a thorough search for one guest's lost ring.

We had a magical wedding at Mapperley Farm. It is an absolutely beautiful venue and we couldn't have been happier with it. The field, the forest and the Byre Barn are all incredible, colourful and bright spaces and felt so special. 

Rosie and Sam were magnificent, and with the added factor of planning from overseas, couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly, professional and hard working, they really helped our day (and planning) run very smoothly and we were really pleased.

The most beautiful wedding I've ever been to!

Such a beautiful venue for a wedding, capped off with a fantastic team of people, led by Rosie, who has to be the most genuine person I have met in a long time. 

Her and her team welcome you with open hearts, not just open arms!

We were lucky enough to find Mapperley Farm about 2 years ago, and had our beautiful wedding there last August. From our first email right up until after the day, nothing was too much trouble for Rosie and Sam; They are quick to get back to any queries, sometimes replying to emails at stupid o'clock at night, when you really shouldn't, Rosie! I was quite a needy bride... 

I stayed with my parents and sister in the farmhouse the night before our big day, then, after a lovely breakfast, our bridesmaids joined us get ready there before our ceremony in the barn. The rooms were gorgeous, and we felt really at home. 

The barn is fantastic- when we first saw it, it still had cow stalls in it, and I can't believe the amazing transformation. 

We headed over to the Woodside site where our tipis were set... and the heavens opened. Boy, did it rain. But Rosie and Sam did not let it phase them, and it may sound cliched, but it really did not affect our day. It is possible to have a wedding in a tent in a field in the pouring rain- if anything, it gave our guests a great talking point to start mingling! 

After partying the night away, we retired to the farmhouse, and lots of our guests camped in the field. The following morning we regrouped, and Rosie and Sam joined us for bacon butties and a bit of Viking re-enactment (no joke). 

Throughout the whole planning process, and the wedding itself- and even the day after, Rosie and Sam were wonderful. I really can't recommend Mapperley Farm highly enough if you want something a bit different for your wedding. 

Just because you don't want a "one size fits all" hotel wedding package (I was violently against any wedding venue with a hideously patterned carpet.. which is most of them), it doesn't have to be stressful, as Rosie and Sam take a large part of the stress out of it. Rosie liaised with my suppliers, co-ordinated people and things over the wedding weekend, and generally did the stressing for me! 

Thank you once again Mapperley Farm- you helped us to have the best wedding ever (not that I am biased in any way...) xxx
