Table wine is £14.00 per bottle our table wine is a nice palatable wine Red/White or Rose which is in stock at our wholesales at the time of your event. You can choose the grape if you wish such as Sauvignon, Pino, Shiraz, Merlo etc. If you wish to have a specific wine, please let us know what and where it is. if you have your own (for the tables only) however this would carry a £14.40 corkage on each bottle for it to be brought in.

For Real Ale, we work alongside the Georgian House Hotel Ashbourne Road, Derby, DE22 3AD Telephone number 07812 812953 and ask for Andy, you can go along there and choose one you like, and we will then bring it in for you. We will bring in a maximum of 2 pins (make sure it is in season for your event date) there is a £36.00 charge for the Georgian to come on the morning and set this up including the hand pulls.
Large Kilmer jars are £180.00 includes set up for 3 of them together with up to 100 jam jars, 3 x crates, 3 x mini blackboards, 3 x hay bales and tablecloth with cordial of your choice.(taken down once emptied or by 10.30pm whichever the sooner)

Camping pitches £24.00 per night up to six in a tent whether a bell tent, regular tent, caravan Campervan or even a car. All bell tent (Glamping) pitches are to be pre-paid at final balances and the rest on pitch up which we will collect off the campers on arrival.

Rooms in farmhouse x 4 £85.00 per room per night these are double rooms only not single, twin or family rooms and occupiers must be over the age of 18 due to insurance. (maximum two occupiers to each room) Inclusive of hot and cold breakfast. (available Friday and Saturday nights) (These rooms also share a bathroom they are not en-suite) Check in is 12 midday and check out is 11am. All rooms are complete with tea/coffee facilities, TV with freesat, towels and hairdryer. Iron and ironing board on request.
Please note it is residents only and we do not allow any of your other guests in the house for showers/getting ready etc we have a limit of 8 people allowed in the house that have to be booked into the rooms. If you require a room prior to 12 midday, then you must book a room for the previous night.

Please note if the generator is included in your booking fee this is for the event day only. If you wish to camp prior/after to your event day then you may need additional diesel or an additional generator for the camping area. Please ask for details.
All optional extras must be paid for at the latest one month before your event.
