Table wine is £19.00 per bottle our table wine is a nice palatable wine Red/White or Rose which is in stock at our wholesales at the time of your event. You can choose the grape if you wish such as Sauvignon, Pino, Shiraz, Merlo etc. If you wish to have a specific wine, please let us know what and where it is. if you have your own (for the tables only). However, this would carry a £20.00 corkage on each bottle for it to be brought in.

Glasses for the tables 25p each 

Jugs for tap water on tables £1.50 each

Reception drinks £4.80 each inclusive of glassware, service and presentation such as wheelbarrow for bottles ice etc. This is for any standard reception drink of your choice. (specific recipe/brand or presentation is priced on request)

Jam jars for tea lights (various sizes approximately 50) 36p each

Corkage on wine £20.00 per bottle (this must be agreed and special circumstances)

Compact Speaker System with bluetooth and phone dock £26.00

Camping pitches £25.00 per night up to six in a tent whether a bell tent, regular tent, caravan Campervan or even a car. All bell tent (Glamping) pitches are to be pre-paid at final balances and the rest on pitch up which we will collect off the campers on arrival.

(glamping pitch balances must be received before any can be errected)

*Showers Single £190.00 each (including gas)

*Single Toilet £190.00 (if camping for more than one night)

*Service charge on luxury toilets £192.00

Urn £24.00 per day

(this is only for use on the day after your event day 

say for hot drinks for campers, it is not for hire on your event day as we provide all your wet beverages) 

Full Clear up service Day/night and following morning (1st and second food course)(this does not include the removal or storage of any supplier’s goods/equipment)) and disposal of rubbish. £360.00 

Part Clear up service day one - daytime only (1st food course) inclusive of disposal of rubbish £160.00

CLEAR UP SERVICES DO NOT UNCLUDE RUBBISH FROM ANY BELL TENTS SHOULD YOU WISH US TO TAKE THE RUBBISH FROM BELL TENTS THE COST WOULD BE £12.00 PER TENT.

Fridge Trailer – P.O.A

GENERATOR -  diesel will be provided for one event day - additional days will require additional diesel for the generator - POA

Please note if the generator is included in your booking fee this is for the event day only for outdoor events only . If you wish to camp prior/after to your event day then you will need additional diesel or an additional generator for the camping area. Please ask for details.

Please note we do not provide power for catering at our barns Your caterer will need to be completely self sufficient with their own power. This is due to overload of our electrical system.

All optional extras must be paid for at the latest one month before your event.
