Our Planning Fee is 10% should we source and book any supplies for you. This service can be taken up at the beginning of your journey to your wedding or we can take over down the line should you wish us too.
There is a total of 4 rooms in the farmhouse, two en-suite rooms [doubles] and two rooms share a jack and jill bathroom [one double one twin].
(maximum two occupiers to each room) Inclusive of continental breakfast.
Check in 1pm, and check out 11am. All rooms are complete with tea/coffee facilities, TV with free Sat, towels and hairdryer. (Iron and ironing board on request).
Should the occupiers of the rooms change within the nights booked there will be a compulsory changover fee
Please note it is residents only and we do not allow any of your other guests in the house for showers/getting ready etc we have a limit of 8 people allowed in the house that have to be booked into the rooms. If you require a room prior to 1pm, then you must book a room for the previous night.
There is no smoking or vaping in our rooms

Table wine is £19.00 per bottle our table wine is a nice palatable wine Red/White or Rose which is in stock at our wholesales at the time of your event. You can choose the grape if you wish such as Sauvignon, Pino, Shiraz, Merlo etc. If you wish to have a specific wine, please let us know what and where it is. if you have your own (for the tables only). However, this would carry a £20.00 corkage on each bottle for it to be brought in.

Reception drinks £4.80 each inclusive of glassware, service and presentation such as wheelbarrow for bottles ice etc. This is for any standard reception drink of your choice. (specific recipe/brand or presentation is priced on request)

Corkage on wine £20.00 per bottle (this must be agreed and special circumstances)

Camping pitches £25.00 per night up to six in a tent whether a bell tent, regular tent, caravan Campervan or even a car. All bell tent (Glamping) pitches are to be pre-paid at final balances and the rest on pitch up which we will collect off the campers on arrival.

GENERATOR - diesel will be provided for one event day - additional days will require additional diesel for the generator - POA
Please note if the generator is included in your booking fee this is for the event day only for outdoor events only . If you wish to camp prior/after to your event day then you will need additional diesel or an additional generator for the camping area. Please ask for details.
Please note we do not provide power for catering at our barns Your caterer will need to be completely self sufficient with their own power. This is due to overload of our electrical system.
All optional extras must be paid for at the latest one month before your event.
We are making changes all the time so there may be other options as time goes on.
